Financial Indicators definition
Financial Indicators means the Tangible Net Worth and the Credit Rating.
Financial Indicators in respect of the Supplier, Key Sub-contractors and the Guarantor, means each of the financial indicators set out at paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators;
Financial Indicators in respect of the Provider, means each of the financial indicators set out at paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators;
