FINANCIAL HOLDER definition
FINANCIAL HOLDER means any Financial Investor (or permitted successor or assignee) owning of record Registrable Securities that have not been sold to the public or any assignee of record of such Registrable Securities in accordance with Section 3.11 hereof.
