Financial Dispute definition

Financial Dispute means the dispute where the financial institute as the creditor claims the debtor(s) on any payment or on any other claim including payment.

More Definitions of Financial Dispute

Financial Dispute means any dispute raised by a Party regarding (a) any accounting, financial (including reporting and controls), or funds flow matters under the purview of the JFC, (b) a royalty report of a Party delivered pursuant to Section 4.2.4, or (c) calculating any payment due to the other Party, but, for clarity, not including any Plan Dispute or any other matter relating to the conduct or inclusion of any matter in any Approved Plan. For clarity, a Financial Dispute shall not include a Royalty Dispute.

Related to Financial Dispute

  • Independent Financial Expert means a nationally recognized accounting, investment banking or consultant firm, which firm does not have a material financial interest or other material economic relationship with either the Company or any of its Affiliates or the Holder or any of its Affiliates that is, in the good faith judgment of the Board, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.

  • financial expert means an individual, company or firm who is authorised to give investment advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
