Financial Counterpart definition

Financial Counterpart means a financial counterparty as defined in paragraph 8 of Article 2 of the Regulation (EU) no 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories; “Financial Instrument Price” the bid price or ask price of a particular Financial Instrument published systematically in particular Trading Accounts.
