Financial Content means content, channels and services relating to personal finance, small businesses, tax, general business news and similar topics, and includes, without limitation: - stock and mutual fund quotes, rates and portfolio management; - online banking; - online financial services; - billpay; - online bill ▇▇▇sentment; - non-bank branded bill ▇▇▇ment; - tax filing and information;
Financial Content means the publication, dissemination and provision ----------------- of financial information and content over the Internet, including real-time and delayed stock, equities, mutual funds, money markets, commodities, indices and option watchers, screeners and other research tools, quotes, a search feature, IPO information, daily market reports and summaries, daily mutual fund articles, Wall Street commentary, small cap stock articles and related content, broker and analyst recommendations, SEC filings, industry sectors, personal finance tools and information, daily world currency data, charts, analysis, newsletters, investigative reports, articles, profiles, and chat rooms as well as other Internet-delivered financial communications, advice, and personalized or customized information.

Examples of Financial Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Intuit will provide and manage all servers, telecommunications, facilities maintenance, operations and technical support related to the delivery of, or access to, the Intuit Financial Content (other than Intuit Financial Content provided directly on the Armchair Millionaire site).

  • Excite will not enter into arrangements with third parties that would prevent the Financial Content from being offered in connection with non-U.S. Excite Properties when localized Financial Content becomes available.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Excite will pay Intuit all revenues (including Advertising Revenue, Subscription Revenue and Transaction Revenue), generated by pages or views containing only Financial Content.

  • During the Term, Excite (a) will exclusively promote Intuit's consumer financial information and functionality services in all of the Excite Properties and (b) will not promote any Financial Content Service in any of the Excite Properties.

  • The parties recognize that Excite offers or may offer general-purpose Internet search and navigation services in countries in which Intuit does not offer localized Financial Content.

  • Intuit will have a right of first refusal to provide such localized Financial Content to Excite if it can do so without delaying Excite's service launch.

  • Intuit will have the right, but not the obligation, to provide Financial Content localized into languages other than English or promote the Excite Properties in its software outside of the United States.

Related to Financial Content

  • Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.

  • Accounting Information means the annual audited consolidated financial statements or, as the case may be, the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements, each in respect of the Borrower and the Group, to be provided by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with Clause 11.6.
