FINANCIAL CAP definition

FINANCIAL CAP means the maximum limit of amounts to be spent to fulfil the OBLIGATION TO PAY defined in this AGREEMENT and which shall not be subject to increase, revision, alteration or supplementation, except in relation to the respective monetary restatement between the date of signature of this AGREEMENT and the date of actual disbursement. Obligations that are not subject to the predetermined FINANCIAL CAP are expressly reserved in this AGREEMENT and its ANNEXES.
FINANCIAL CAP means the sum of L8,745,084;
FINANCIAL CAP means £1,000,000; unless the flow of electricity at the Connection Point is reasonably capable of being metered by whole current metering, in which case the Financial Cap shall be £100,000.
