Financial Administrative Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Financial Administrative Agent means, with respect to any date of determination, the Person acting, at such time, in the capacity of the financial administrative agent of the Issuer Group Members under the Administrative Agency Agreement. The initial Financial Administrative Agent is AerCap Cash Manager II Limited.

  • No later than four Business Days prior to the Acquisition Date for each Aircraft, the Cash Manager (as directed by the Financial Administrative Agent) shall determine, and give the Trustee and Security Trustee a Written Notice setting out, the amounts to be paid under Section 3.03 or Section 3.05 for the applicable Aircraft (as applicable), the Acquisition Date and that the conditions to the purchase of such Aircraft set forth in each relevant Acquisition Agreement have been fulfilled.
