Agent will promptly transmit to Principal all documents, monies, bills, invoices, correspondence and other communications received by Agent on behalf of Principal from any other party in connection with providing the Financial Administration Functions.
The Partnership hereby appoints GPM as its agent to perform certain Financial Administration Functions for the benefit of Partnership during the term of this Agreement and to exercise such powers and perform such duties as are expressly delegated to Partnership by the terms of this Agreement, together with such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.
