Finance Trust definition

Finance Trust means a trust formed for the purpose of issuing ABC Securities, using the proceeds of such issuance to purchase assets from Ambac Assurance and entering into a Put Agreement with Ambac Assurance.
Finance Trust means the former trust known as H&R Finance Trust.

The First National Bank of Chicago, as Property Trustee, will act as Indenture Trustee for the purposes of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended (the "TRUST INDENTURE ACT").
