The role generally generates both Global Coordinator and Bookrunner ranking credit by Dealogic Initial Term means the initial term as defined in the Framework Agreement Invitation to Tender or ITT means this Invitation to Tender documentation and all Schedules published by NLFI and made available to Tenderers
Finance Sector means among others bank and non bank financial institutions, capital markets, and other sectors related to the collection and management of the public’s funds.
