Finance Representative definition

Finance Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).
Finance Representative shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Finance Representative means one or more representatives selected from Broward Health’s Finance Department to review the submitted documentation concerning the Biddersfinancial stability.
