FINAME definition

FINAME as defined in the recitals to the Loan Agreement. "FLY-AWAY-FACTORY CONDITION": with respect to any Aircraft, that such Aircraft is or was accepted by Borrower from the Manufacturer on the Delivery Date as new and in compliance with the Purchase Agreement, subject to unsatisfied delivery discrepancies that Manufacturer agrees or agreed to remedy.
FINAME means Agencia Especial de Financiamento Industrial, a Brazilian federal public company with its principal place of business in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Examples of FINAME in a sentence

  • Contracted Party shall provide all technical and financial data on the Items acquired by Contracting Party together with the relevant sales bills/invoices, as required by BNDES or by FINAME.

  • If the Loan is refinanced, other than by FINAME, without using Credit Support, the principal amount of the Loan shall be deemed cancelled and satisfied in the amount of $150,000.
