Examples of Finalization Period in a sentence

  • For purposes of clarity, Licensor shall not enter into any discussions or negotiations with a third party concerning ROFR IP or a Third-Party Transaction until the Review Period or Finalization Period, as applicable, has expired without the Parties executing a Definitive Agreement.
