Finality Date definition
Finality Date means the date after which the Court enters a final order and judgment and the time to appeal the final order and judgment expires without appeal, or any appeal is dismissed, or the final order and judgment is affirmed and not subject to review by any court.
Finality Date means (i) the date of final affirmance on an appeal, the expiration of the time for a petition of certiorari and, if certiorari is granted, the date of final affirmance following review pursuant to that grant; or (ii) the date of final dismissal of any appeal or the final dismissal of any proceeding on certiorari; or (iii) if no appeal is filed, the expiration date of the time for the filing or noticing of any appeal from the court’s judgment dismissing the action.
