Final Verified Quantity definition

Final Verified Quantity means the Biomethane that receives positive verification during the Annual Verification and is accepted by the ARB as exempt Biomethane with no compliance obligations under the Cap and Trade program.

Examples of Final Verified Quantity in a sentence

  • Only Final Verified Quantity will count towards deliveries of Annual Contract Quantity for the purposes of calculating Events of Default or Force Majeure termination rights.
