Final Upper Limit definition
Final Upper Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(iii).
Final Upper Limit for any Contract Month shall mean a price of fifteen percent (15%) of the Front Contract Month’s latest Daily Settlement Price above the Contract Month’s Reference Price;
Examples of Final Upper Limit in a sentence
Following the fifteen (15) minute Cooling Off Period, the respective Final Upper Limit and Final Lower Limit for each Contract Month shall come into effect and shall remain in effect until the determination of the next Daily Settlement Price.
