Final Test Results definition

Final Test Results means with respect to a Capacity Test, the final results of such Capacity Test after accounting for the uncertainty calculation more particularly described in Exhibit 16A.
Final Test Results means (i) with respect to the Availability Test, the final test results determined pursuant to the pre functional test set forth in Exhibit 25 and certified by Contractor pursuant to Section 15.4, (ii) with respect to the Power Plant Controller Test pursuant to Exhibit 14B, and (iii) with respect to the Capacity Test, the final test determined pursuant to Exhibit 14C and certified by Contractor pursuant to Section 15.4.
Final Test Results means final test results for any test required as part of the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan that contains the results from the appropriate laboratory as well as enough additional information to contextualize and explain the laboratory results;

Examples of Final Test Results in a sentence

  • If the Final Test Results reveal that the relevant Block fails to meet the Minimum Capacity Level for such Block, Contractor shall repeat the respective Capacity Test as many times as necessary until the Minimum Capacity Level has been met.

  • Contractor shall, as soon as practicable following the completion of a Capacity Test in which the Final Test Results reveal that the Minimum Capacity Level for such Block has been achieved, submit to Owner's Representative a Capacity Test Certificate, signed by Contractor's Representative and attaching the Final Test Results performed pursuant to Exhibit 16A.

  • If the Final Test Results reveal that the relevant Block has satisfied the Minimum Capacity Level but not the Guaranteed Capacity (as adjusted for uncertainty in accordance with Exhibit 16A), Contractor may elect to perform additional Work (if it deems necessary) and repeat the Capacity Test.

  • Vendor will provide Warren County with the Final Test Results for review.

  • If the Final Test Results reveal that the Facility fails to meet the Minimum Capacity Level, Contractor shall repeat the Capacity Test as necessary until the Minimum Capacity Level has been met.

  • Contractor agrees that if based on the Final Test Results of the Facility Capacity calculation performed in accordance with Exhibit 14C, the Facility shall have failed to achieve the Guaranteed Capacity, Contractor shall pay to Owner upon Substantial Completion an amount equal to the Contract Price multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Capacity Shortfall and the denominator of which is the Guaranteed Capacity (the “Final Capacity Liquidated Damages”).

  • If the Final Test Results reveal that the Facility has satisfied the Minimum Capacity Level but not the Guaranteed Capacity, Contractor may elect to perform additional Work (if it deems necessary) and repeat the Capacity Test.

  • Contractor shall, as soon as practicable following the successful completion of the Availability Test, submit to Owner’s Representative an Availability Test Certificate, signed by Contractor’s Representative and attaching the Final Test Results performed pursuant to such Availability Test.

  • Final Test Results – Test results for each cable indicating tests performed, results obtained and values measured.

  • If after the Block Substantial Completion Date of a Block (if such date is on or after the Guaranteed Block Substantial Completion Date for such Block), the Final Test Results of the most recent Capacity *** CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL REDACTED AND SEPARATELY FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION.

Related to Final Test Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.

  • Test Well means a well constructed for the purpose of obtaining information needed to design a well prior to its construction. Test wells are cased and can be converted to observation or monitoring wells and under certain circumstances to production wells

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • PRINCIPAL TEST The CONTRACTOR rather than COUNTY has the right to control the manner and means of accomplishing the result contracted for.

  • Internal test assessment means, but is not limited to, conducting those tests of quality assurance necessary to ensure the integrity of the test.

  • Percolation test means a subsurface soil test at the depth of a proposed absorption system or similar component of an OWTS to determine the water absorption capability of the soil, the results of which are normally expressed as the rate at which one inch of water is absorbed. The rate is expressed in minutes per inch.

  • Stand-Alone Test Environment or "SATE" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.9.3.2.

  • Quantitative fit test or "QNFT" means an assessment of the adequacy of respirator fit by numerically measuring the amount of leakage into the respirator.

  • Screening Test means a drug or alcohol test which uses a method of analysis allowed by the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act to be used for such purposes.

  • House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.
