Final Tender definition

Final Tender means the final tender submitted by the Service Provider to the Authority, a copy of which is annexed or referred to in Framework Schedule 21;
Final Tender means any final Tender that is submitted in accordance with this ITN following the issue by the Authority to you of the Invitation to Submit Final Tenders;

  • Nor shall it affect the operations of the remainder of the provisions of the agreement within the limits to which such law or regulations are applicable.
