Final Submissions means the final written submissions submitted 19 December 2014 by Calgary to the CRTC during the Proceeding;

For purposes hereof, a task, purchase, delivery, change or work order under a Government Contract will not constitute a separate Government Contract but will be part of the Government Contract to which it relates. “Government Official” means, collectively, any officer or employee of a Governmental Body, any Person acting for or on behalf of any Governmental Body, any political party or official thereof and any candidate for political office. “Governmental Body” means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, bureau, board, department, official, body or other instrumentality of the United States, any foreign country, or any domestic or foreign state, province, county, city, other political subdivision or any other similar body or organization exercising governmental or quasi- governmental power or authority. “Hazardous Material” means (a) hazardous substances, as defined by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., (b) hazardous wastes, as defined by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., (c) petroleum, including crude oil or any fraction thereof which is liquid at standard conditions of temperature and pressure, (d) radioactive material, including any source, A-8
