Final Staircasing definition

Final Staircasing means the purchase by the Leaseholder from the Landlord of such Portioned Percentage that reduces the Unacquired Percentage to nil.

  • If a Mortgagee enforces its security in respect of the Loan then (subject to the other provisions of this Clause 5.15 the Mortgagee is entitled to deduct the amount of the Mortgagee Protection Claim from monies that would otherwise be paid to the Landlord as the price for the Final Staircasing.

  • There is no obligation on a Mortgagee to accomplish Final Staircasing.
