Final Staff List definition

Final Staff List has the meaning set out in Clause 11.4;

Final Staff List the list of all our Personnel engaged in or wholly or mainly assigned to the provision of the Services or any part of the Services at the date of the Service Transfer;

Final Staff List means the list provided by the Supplier of all Supplier’s Personnel who will transfer under TUPE on the Service Transfer Date.
