Final Shipment definition

Final Shipment on packing list and on invoice.
Final Shipment means the last delivery for which the accumulated amount of delivered Facilities has reached 100% of the Contract Price.

  • On the Date of Final Shipment, Seller shall ship all of Seller's remaining pharmaceutical inventory and supplies relating to the Business to Buyer, together with an invoice setting forth (i) the cost of such goods, plus (ii) the cost of all pharmaceutical supplies which were shipped to Seller's customers between the Date of Initial Shipment and the Date of Final Shipment, which invoice shall be payable upon receipt by Buyer.
