Final Service definition

Final Service means, in respect of any Appointed Operator, the last Drawndown Service scheduled to be operated by that Appointed Operator prior to a revocation of the rights of that Appointed Operator in accordance with Clause 5.1.7;

Examples of Final Service in a sentence

  • The Freight Customer may revoke the rights of any Appointed Operator to operate any Drawndown Service by serving a duly completed and signed Revocation Notice on each of Network Rail and that Appointed Operator not later than 20 Working Days prior to the Planned Departure Window of the Final Service.

  • Please note that this is not in addition to what is being issued in the Final Service Level Agreement.

  • The obligation of Service Provider to provide or cause to be provided, and for Service Recipient to pay for, any Service, shall not commence until the date hereof and shall cease on the earliest to occur of (a) the Final Service Termination Date and (b) the date on which provision of such Service has terminated or been canceled pursuant to Article III or Article IV.

  • Any Fiscal Year Stock Units will vest upon satisfaction (or deemed satisfaction) of the applicable Service Condition in accordance with Section 1(b)(i) above or Section 1(d) or 1(f) below, and any such Fiscal Year Stock Units will be allocated on a pro rata basis to each Final Service Date in the same proportions as set forth in Section 1(b)(i).

  • Accretive shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for any Termination Assistance Services provided after the Final Service Date.

  • Accretive shall provide all reasonable Termination Assistance requested by Ascension Health, beginning upon notice of termination of the MSA for any reason and continuing through the date three (3) months following the Final Service Date.

  • To the extent the Stock Units are not forfeited, as soon as practicable (but in no event more than 30 days) after the Final Service Date or, if applicable, such earlier date under Section 1(d)(iii), the Company shall, subject to Sections 1(d), 1(e) and 6, cause its applicable Affiliate to deliver to the Employee one or more unlegended, freely-transferable stock certificates or book-entry credits in respect of such Shares issued upon settlement of the vested Stock Units.

Related to Final Service

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of the service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services rendered by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

  • Personal service means professional or technical expertise

  • Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
