Final Repository definition
Final Repository. The fully approved and executed routing form and finalized international agreement must be submitted to UCIS, which will hold the documents on file and maintain a central repository of information regarding the University’s international commitments and opportunities.
Final Repository means the person, if any, (other than the Protector or a person who is a resident of Canada for purposes of the Income Tax Act) appointed by the Protector at any time after the date of this trust but before the Termination Date by deed delivered to the Trustee.
