Final Recourse definition
Final Recourse. If the reseller defaults on this agreement, or is unable to fulfill contractual obligations to end user(s), the reseller acknowledges, understands and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro may work with other reseller(s) to transition the account(s) in an attempt to fulfill commitment to end user(s) and maintain program integrity.
