Final Operating Capital definition
Final Operating Capital means Operating Capital of the Business as reflected in the Closing Balance Sheet referred to in Section 2.2(b); and "Target Operating Capital" shall mean Operating Capital of the Business as reflected on the November 30, 1998 Balance Sheet.
