FINAL LOAN ADVANCE means the last progress payment of the Loan Amount upon completion of any Improvement to the Mortgaged Property.
FINAL LOAN ADVANCE means an amount equal to the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,850,000).
