Final Listing Approval definition
Final Listing Approval means the final approval for listing and trading of the Subscription Shares on the Stock Exchanges in accordance with Applicable Law.
Final Listing Approval means the final approval issued by the Stock Exchange in accordance with Applicable Law approving the listing of the Debentures on the Stock Exchange.
