Final investigative report definition
Final investigative report means a Provider Agency’s report prepared upon completion or closure of an investigation, for all cases of reported abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect of an eligible adult, whether or not there is a substantiated finding.
Final investigative report means the final report of the summary of relevant evidence provided by the Title IX investigator to the complainant and the respondent; and,
Final investigative report means a required, written report issued by the Commission pursuant to Article 38.01, Code of Criminal Procedure §4(b).
