Final Inspection and Acceptance definition

Final Inspection and Acceptance refers to the inspection and acceptance at the end of warranty period for a particular project, which is the final acceptance certificate from the Buyer to the Seller.

Examples of Final Inspection and Acceptance in a sentence

  • The Manufacturer’s standard warranty shall be in effect for a minimum term of one year from the Customer’s acceptance, as specified in the Final Inspection and Acceptance section and shall begin only at the time of acceptance by the Customer.

  • In the event any such materials, equipment, and supplies are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed prior to Final Inspection and Acceptance, the Contractor shall replace same without cost to the City.

  • The 12-month maintenance period shall begin immediately after Final Inspection and Acceptance is completed.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Service Provider shall bear the risk of loss of, or damage to, all Goods until they are accepted by CHOP as set forth below in Section 13 (Final Inspection and Acceptance) of this Agreement.

  • A final report on the project(s) to include Accounting of Funds, Status Report of NEA subsidy fund releases and Certificate of Final Inspection and Acceptance must be submitted by the Recipient to NEA within three (3) months from completion of the project which shall be the basis for liquidation.

  • Maintenance shall begin immediately after each tree is planted and shall continue until Final Inspection and Acceptance.
