Final Holistic Rating definition

Final Holistic Rating means the final holistic evaluation rating that is assigned to a teacher based upon all the Evaluation Factors observed during the Evaluation Cycle. The final holistic rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle and shall be “accomplished”, “skilled”, “developing”, or “ineffective”.
