FINAL HANDOVER means handover of the operations of a Satellite from Contractor to Satellite Operator for Customer’s use in accordance with the requirements set forth in Exhibit H (Initial Satellite Operations Phase and Criteria for Final Handover Statement of Work (SOW)).
