Examples of Final Expense in a sentence

  • In the event that Landlord elects not to provide Tenant with a Final Expense Estimate, then it shall be presumed that Landlord will provide Tenant with an Expense Statement within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of the final Operating Period contained in the Term, as provided above, and the Additional Rent shown in such Expense Statement shall be due from Tenant to Landlord within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s receipt of such statement.

  • For all new business involving individual Preneed, Final Expense or Senior Market Life policies, you must obtain sufficient information about the new Contract Owner for you to form a reasonable belief that you know the true identity of each new Contract Owner before a contract is issued or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.

  • If the Final Expense Amount exceeds the Expense Adjustment Amount, Tenant shall pay such deficiency within thirty (30) days after receipt of such statement.

  • The Closeout Report outline can be found in Attachment 5, and MUST include the Final Expense Report showing that all of the funds have been expended.

  • If the Expense Adjustment Amount exceeds the Final Expense Amount, then at Landlord’s option such excess shall be either credited against payments of Additional Rent next due or refunded by Landlord, provided no Tenant Event of Default exists hereunder.

  • If any Final Adjustment Amount is a negative quantity, then Landlord shall credit Tenant with the amount thereof against the next payment of Minimum Rent due by Tenant hereunder, except that with respect to the last year of the Lease, if an Event of Default has not occurred, Landlord shall refund Tenant the amount of such payment in respect of the Final Expense Adjustment within thirty (30) days after Landlord provides the Expense Statement for such final year of the Lease.

  • Delay in computation of the Final Expense Amount or any Expense Adjustment Amount shall not be deemed a default hereunder or a waiver of Landlord’s right to collect the Final Expense Amount or Expense Adjustment Amount, as the case may be.

  • The Final Expense Report shall be submitted, reviewed, approved/declined and paid in accordance with the IGI's rules and procedures relative to such matters as currently in effect as of August 15, 2003.

  • If any Final Adjustment Amount is a negative quantity, then Landlord shall credit Tenant with the amount thereof against the next payment of Minimum Rent due by Tenant hereunder, except that with respect to the last year of the Lease, if an Event of Default does not then exist, Landlord shall refund Tenant the amount of such payment in respect of the Final Expense Adjustment within thirty (30) days after Landlord provides the Expense Statement for such final year of the Lease.
