Final Distribution Order definition

Final Distribution Order means an Order of the Court allowing distribution of the Settlement Consideration.
Final Distribution Order means an order entered by the Court authorizing and directing that the Remaining Assets of the Yield Plus Fund and the Net Settlement Fund be distributed, as described in paragraph 28 below.
