Final discharge definition
Final discharge means the unloading of all goods destined for the country;
Final discharge means completion of all parts of the sentence as well as jail time and/or probation. (R.C. 2953.32 (A)(1)(a);(c))
Final discharge means after you have complet- ed any sentence, including probation, or community control and have paid all outstanding fines.

Final discharge action will be taken only by the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel & Employee Relations, or, in his/her absence, the Superintendent.
