Final Decision Date means, on a dosage strength-by-dosage strength basis, the date of a final decision of a federal court from which no appeal has been or can be taken, excluding any petition for a writ of certiorari or other proceedings before the United States Supreme Court, holding each of the relevant Asserted Claims unenforceable or invalid.
