FINAL COPY definition

FINAL COPY means a form in which Supplier delivers documentation. A Final Copy is a copy which is in its final bound form and is no longer undergoing revisions. A Final Copy is the copy which one receives from Supplier if ordered using Supplier's assigned order number.
