Final Confirmation means that date which is fourteen (14) days following the entry of the Order Confirming Plan, during which period of time no Notice of Appeal is filed, or if a Notice of Appeal is filed, during which period of time no Motion for Stay Pending Appeal is granted or supersedeas bond is approved and filed.
