Final Borrowing Amount definition

Final Borrowing Amount means $4,422,102.00.
Final Borrowing Amount means, at any time, up to $10,000,000 inclusive of the Initial Borrowing Amount.

  • Minimum Borrowing Amount means (a) with respect to a Borrowing of Term Loans or Revolving Credit Loans, $1,000,000 and (b) with respect to a Borrowing of Swingline Loans, $100,000.

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.
