The Corporation has delivered to the Agents one complete copy of each of the Canadian Final Base Prospectus and the Registration Statement and a copy of each consent of experts filed as a part thereof, and conformed copies of the Canadian Final Base Prospectus and the Registration Statement (without exhibits) and the Prospectuses, as may be amended or supplemented, in such quantities and at such places as the Agents have reasonably requested.
