Final Approval Certificate definition

Final Approval Certificate means the certificate issued by the Consultant stating the date on which the Works were completed and all defects corrected in accordance with the Contract;
Final Approval Certificate means the final approval certificate to be issued by the Employer on completion of the Service by the Contractor;
Final Approval Certificate is synonymous with “Performance Certificate”.
