Final Addendum definition

Final Addendum. The “Final Addendum” will be provided to you as your delivery date nears. It will include additional terms and conditions governing your purchase, final pricing based on your final ADU/TINY HOMES Configuration, and information regarding applicable taxes, governmental fees, and shipping costs. You agree to execute and return the Final Addendum to us within [three] days of your receipt of the Final Addendum. If you do not execute and return the Final Addendum to us within such [three]-day period, then we may cancel your order and keep your Order Fee (as defined below).

Examples of Final Addendum in a sentence

  • If you are able to take delivery within such [seven]-day period, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Industries will, on your behalf, coordinate the shipment of your ADU/TINY HOMES to you (generally, from our factory in California (Fresno/Sacramento), and you agree that this Agreement is a shipment contract under which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Industries will coordinate the shipping (at your cost, which will be set forth on the Final Addendum) of the ADU/TINY HOMES to you via a third-party common carrier or other mode of transport.

  • If you are able to take delivery within such [seven]-day period, then Boxabl will, on your behalf, coordinate the shipment of your Room Module to you (generally from our factory in Nevada), and you agree that this Agreement is a shipment contract under which Boxabl will coordinate the shipping (at your cost, which will be set forth on the Final Addendum) of the Room Module to you via a third-party common carrier or other mode of transport.

  • Because these taxes, fees, and costs are constantly changing and will depend on many factors, such as where you take delivery of your ADU/TINY HOMES, they will be calculated closer to the time of delivery and indicated on your Final Addendum.

  • The following environmental investigations have been conducted on the Facility Site: • "Final Addendum Phase I Environmental Site Assessment GPU Energy Conemaugh Coal-Fired Generating Station New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Pennsylvania," performed by ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇; November 12, 1999.

  • During such transit, your ADU/TINY HOMES will be insured (at your cost, which will be set forth, together with other shipping costs, on the Final Addendum), and you will be the beneficiary of any claims for damage to the ADU/TINY HOMES or losses occurring while the Adu/Tiny Home is in transit.

  • The scope of the Agreement defines the jobs covered by this Agreement and sets forth the working conditions, hours of work and rates of pay as listed in the wage table.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Participating Addendum means a bilateral agreement executed by a Contractor and a Participating Entity incorporating this Master Agreement and any additional Participating Entity-specific language or other requirements (e.g., ordering procedures specific to the Participating Entity, entity-specific terms and conditions, etc.).
