Filtered breath sample definition

Filtered breath sample means any mechanism by which there is an attempt to remove alcohol from the human breath sample.
Filtered breath sample means any mechanism by which there is an attempt to remove alcohol from the human breath sample. “Free restart” means a function of a CIID that will allow a person to restart the vehicle, under the conditions provided in R17-5- 615, without completing another breath alcohol test.
Filtered breath sample means a breath sample filtered through a substance such as, but not limited to, silica gel, drierite, cat litter, cigarette filters, water filters, or cotton in an attempt to remove alcohol from the sample.
