Filling Date definition
Filling Date means the date on which your Cask (or Casks) is filled with Product; “Order” means the order for Product, the details of which are contained in the Order Form and any acceptance provided by us;
Filling Date means, with respect to the Initial Registration Statement required hereunder, September 20, 2024 and, with respect to any additional Registration Statements that may be required pursuant to Section 2(c) or Section 3(c), the earliest practical date on which the Company is permitted by SEC Guidance to file such additional Registration Statement related to the Registrable Securities.”
Filling Date means the date on which your Cask (or Casks) is filled with Product; “Invoice” has the meaning given to it in clause 2.2;
Examples of Filling Date in a sentence
At any case that the funds will not be returned to the Escrow Account within 10 days of the Filling Date, the parties instruct the Escrow Agent to release the BYND securities back to BYND for cancelling.
