Fill Slip definition

Fill Slip means a document evidencing a fill.
Fill Slip. (known as a "Fill") is the document reflecting the distribution of gaming chips, coins and plaques to a gaming table as provided in these Standards;

Examples of Fill Slip in a sentence

  • Both the cashier and either a security officer or another Level II employee independent of the transaction shall sign the voided Fill Slip.

  • A Fill Slip shall be prepared by a chip bank cashier or, if the required information was input in conformity with subsection (e), the Fill Slip may be electronically generated in the chip bank.

  • The security department member shall observe the deposit of the coins or tokens in the slot machine hopper or in its corresponding hopper storage area, and the closing and locking of the slot machine or its corresponding hopper storage area by the slot attendant before obtaining the signature of the attendant on the duplicate copy of the Hopper Fill Slip.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Drug test means a test designed to detect the illegal use of a controlled substance.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • HEPA filter means a high efficiency particulate absolute air filter capable of trapping and retaining 99.97 percent of fibers greater than 0.3 micrometers in mass median aerodynamic diameter equivalent.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Stack means any point in a source designed to emit solids, liquids, or gases into the air, including a pipe or duct but not including flares.

  • Driver means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Asynchronous store and forward means the transmission of a patient's medical information from an originating site to the health care provider for telehealth at a distant site without the presence of the patient.

  • Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
