Fill Permit.  For Subproject #8, complete and submit a permit application to DWR for construction of the required culvert. Respond to comments or questions by DWR in order to obtain the permit. All fees associated with the application are the responsibility of the City. o NPDES Permit(s):  For all Subprojects #1-9, consultant will prepare and submit the Project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and additional documents required to obtain approval of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) grading permits. It is anticipated that up to two (2) SWPPPs will be prepared.
