FILL FEE definition

FILL FEE means that amount established by agreement between CLINIC and PHARMACY on date of execution hereof, and modified thereafter by agreement between PHARMACY and CLINIC, as the standard Participating Pharmacy fee for filling a single prescription which shall be paid at least twice a month to PHARMACY.

Examples of FILL FEE in a sentence

  • PAYMENTS and CO-PAYMENTS from CLINIC’s ELIGIBLE MEMBERS for COVERED DRUGS as approved by patient’s Third Party Payers must be greater than the sum of the 340B Cost of COVERED DRUG and the PHARMACY FILL FEE for each prescription included as a Patient Third Party Prescription under this Agreement.

  • CLINIC and its Pharmacy Benefits Manager shall make any and all FILL FEE payments to PHARMACY as set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement.

  • As defined by CaptureRx® On-line Systems, the PHARMACY’s THIRD PARTY FILL FEE PLUS UNINSURED FILL FEE or the “340B Average Earnings Per Rx” shall be equal to or greater than Dollars ($ ).

  • If the Third Party FILL FEE together with uninsured fill fee does not meet these average earnings after the first 30 days, the third party or uninsured FILL FEE shall be adjusted accordingly so that the next 30 days shall meet this average earnings Per Rx. A review of third party and uninsured FILL FEES may be conducted again every 6 months by averaging the last 6 months, if requested by either party.

  • PHARMACY will charge the FILL FEE and/or CO- PAYMENT(s) set forth in Schedule A of the Agreement, and shall not ▇▇▇▇ any CLINIC ELIGIBLE MEMBER for covered benefits except to the extent of any deductible or CO-PAYMENTS.

  • Reconciliation of any and all FILL FEE payments to and/or CO-PAYMENT collections from PHARMACY shall also be completed within thirty (30) days of termination of this Agreement.

  • The FILL FEE to be paid for each prescription dispensed for a “COVERED DRUG” shall be: Dollars and Cents ($**) plus Percent (**%) of total paid for Approved Brand and Generic Drugs.

  • The FILL FEE to be paid for each prescription dispensed for a “COVERED DRUG” shall be: Dollars and Centers ($**) for Approved Generic and Brand Drugs.
