Fill Date definition

Fill Date means that date on which the manufacture of a Batch is actually completed, notwithstanding the date on which the Batch manufacture begins.
Fill Date means the date on which Hospira begins manufacturing operations on the Product, commencing with compounding of the API.
Fill Date means the actual date a new or refilled prescription is dispensed but not necessarily delivered to a patient from a pharmacy.

More Definitions of Fill Date

Fill Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
