Filers definition

Filers means individuals or entities that establish a Filer Account within the EFD System for the purpose of: (i) submitting certain filings to securities regulators that have opted to participate in the EFD System and (ii) making electronic payment of associated state filing fees to such securities regulators and associated EFD system fees to NASAA.
Filers means any unique filing entity, entered or imported into the Corporate Suite software, as determined by having a unique combination of a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) & Payer Code (PCode).
Filers means filers of securities information (including issuers, registrants and firms).

For the avoidance of doubt and solely by way of illustration, information should be presumed “material” if it relates to such matters as dividend increases or decreases, earnings estimates, changes in previously released earnings estimates, significant expansion or curtailment of operations, a significant increase or decline of orders, significant merger or acquisition proposals or agreements, significant new products or discoveries, extraordinary borrowing, major litigation, liquidity problems, extraordinary management developments, purchase or sale of substantial assets and similar matters.

  • Electronic information means any information stored in an electronic form (including but not limited to binary-encoded information).

  • Genetic information means, with respect to any individual, information about such individual’s genetic tests, the genetic tests of family members of such individual, and the manifestation of a disease or disorder in family members of such individual. Such term includes, with respect to any individual, any request for, or receipt of, genetic services, or participation in clinical research which includes genetic services, by such individual or any family member of such individual. Any reference to genetic information concerning an individual or family member of an individual who is a pregnant woman, includes genetic information of any fetus carried by such pregnant woman, or with respect to an individual or family member utilizing reproductive technology, includes genetic information of any embryo legally held by an individual or family member. The term “genetic information” does not include information about the sex or age of any individual.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Nonpublic Information means information which has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD.

  • Public Infrastructure means publicly owned physical infrastructure necessary to support economic development projects, including, but not limited to, sewers, water supply systems, utility extensions, streets, wastewater treatment systems, storm water management systems, and facilities for pretreatment of wastewater to remove phosphorus.

  • Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.

  • Confidential treatment in its entirety, and replace it with the following:

  • OPD treatment means the one in which the Insured visits a clinic / hospital or associated facility like a consultation room for diagnosis and treatment based on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. The Insured is not admitted as a day care or in-patient.

  • Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.

  • Confidential Treatment Requested The redacted material has been separately filed with the Commission."

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
