File Storage. System is a system managed by Dataswift which is separate to your HAT Database, within which is stored personal data in the form of files that are non-text based (e.g. PDFs, images) GDPR means General Data Protection Regulation 2016 HAT means a “Hub of All Things” MicroserverTM that consists of a HAT Database, Access Control Services (a HAT Web Server), tools, and access to a File Storage System, enabling you to exchange information, analyze and exchange your PDA Data HAT Data means any data that goes into your HAT Database, including Personal Data that can identify you directly (e.g. by name) or indirectly (e.g. by personal characteristics). HAT Database is a database stored in your HAT within which you hold text-based Personal Data and which you own and control.
